Dr. Jay’s Eye wear was established on June 1, 2019. It’s purpose is to provide fancy designer eye wear and readers to individuals who want to stand out and be noticed that will have a contemporary style for both men and women.

Dr. JoAnn Ginyard-Hayward has created this Eye Wear Company as an extension to her non- profit Turning Point Enterprises as a continuum in assisting others. The theme of Dr. Jay's Eye wear LLC are the "Eyes Are The Window To The Soul". Vision is required to reach the next level. Dr. Hayward has many layers and is characterized as innovative, creative and an out of the box thinker.
Warranty
All of our glasses come with a standard 30 day
manufacturer’s warranty. This covers any possible
defect in the frame or lens that can reasonably be
attributed to the manufacturer’s responsibility and not
a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage
from handling or improper use.
